4) Select "verify original serial number"
5) Enter the second "1016-XXX..." serial number from #2 at the Upgrade Verification screen
6) At the activation screen select "other activation options", then "over the telephone"
7) Copy the activation number into the keygen to generate a valid authorization code.
Use this authorization code to activate your copy of Adobe acrobat.
